LEARN THE BASICS, BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE
FOUNDATIONS is a small-group course that teaches essential functional movements with plenty of personal attention from our coaches. You’ll learn proper form, build foundational skills, and practice movements used in Forge and Move classes so you can train safely, effectively, and with confidence. As part of your training, you’ll be introduced to our nutrition approach so you can start building healthy eating habits from day one.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Who It’s For – Anyone new to functional fitness or wanting a refresher on the basics
• Skill Development – Learn core movements like squats, presses, lifts, and bodyweight exercises step-by-step
• Fitness Education – Understand how strength, conditioning, and mobility work together for overall health
• Personalized Coaching – Small class sizes mean more individual feedback and support
• Structured – Three 45–60 minute sessions with a clear, intentional plan
• Required – Completion is necessary before joining our regular group classes
